Wu-Tang Reveals Album Title: "The 8 Diagrams"
As reported here late last year, the Wu-Tang Clan are once again "reunited", and will return to the game with a new LP this summer on SRC/Universal, the imprint headed up by original Loud Records founder, Steve Rifkind.
The new album title has been revealed as "The 8 Diagrams", which is named after the classic Kung Fu film. The title also refers to the Wu-Tang phoenix logo itself, which breaks down into an 8-point constellation, each point on the diagram representing a member of the Wu - RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon the Chef, Ghostface Killah, Inspektah Deck, Masta Killa and U-God. The album also will include a previously unreleased live perormance sketch from Ol' Dirty Bastard, and a dedication song to the late great emcee called "Life Changes".
