Zvon de pe ALLHIPHOP.COM:

let me preface this by saying that I've been on this board for 4 years and have nerver given out feloneous information. the information that i got was from my man who's brother is in the industry in atlanta and has worked with a bunch of artist. I blank out his brother's name cuz it aint cool to put dude's fam's info out there like that. take it for what it's worth. i'm not saying i am going to keep coming through with exclusives cuz i never even asked for this information. it all started from an email about the new scratch magazine that one of my boys sent out. oh well, ENJOY......

FIRST EMAIL (from one friend):

On the cover of Scratch Magazine, are Nas and DJ Premier. Apparently Primo is the exec producer of Nas' next album. "He is that producer that brings the intensity out of me, which makes my rhymes sharper", says Nas of Premier. Who can argue? NY State of Mind parts I and II, Second Childhood, and of course, Nas is Like. Primo is also working on (get this) Christian Aguilera's project after which he will dedicate his full time to Nas. There was supposed to be a Nas/Primo song on "Streets' Disciple" but executive producer, Steve Stout and Sony bumped it, which will now make Lost Tapes II.

SECOND EMAIL (from different friend):

My brother did a track with Nas two weeks ago. Nas is working with Dre & Vidal (Oh ??€ Ciara, Usher ??€ Caught Up) on a track or two. Nas confirmed that he is definitely doing some work with Jay (potentially an album) after they work out his situation between Sony and Def Jam. Dre and Vidal won??€t let the track out of the studio yet (for good reason cause it??€s bangin) so I can??€t let you hear it yet but it was actually a song that **** and his partner had already done. Nas was feeling ****??€s verse and the hook so he had him hop on.

"They ain't tryin to see me, I haven't talked to those dudes in like 8 months" Si pentru cei care nu stiau, Cage este acum la Def Jux.

"gustos".. I'll keep my fingers crossed! Talib Kweli and Rakim : Getting Up Anthem

MF Doom, known best for wrecking mics while rocking a chrome-alloy mask, is preparing to work with equally eccentric rapper Ghostface.

The duo discuss their upcoming collaborative album, tentatively titled Swift & Changeable, in the latest issue of Mass Appeal.

??€?Starks is an ill dude,??€? Doom said in the interview. ??€?Something about his flows and the fact that he rocked a mask too was something that was to be admired. To have the daring to do that.??€? The Wally Champ returned the compliment. ??€?About Doom? He can rhyme, he just got a good ear for music and he can rhyme well too,??€? said Ghost. ??€?He??€s a great artist. He??€s like me in a way, very creative.??€?

To Doom and Ghost fans, the collabo seemed almost inevitable as the two MCs have for years expressed a shared fascination with hip-hop, Marvel comic books, and 1970s soul samples. According to sources, the album may hit stores as early as spring 2006.

In related news, Doom is hitting the road alongside rapper/producer Count Bass D and John Robinson (formerly Lil Sci of Scienz Of Life). Tour dates are as follows:

Dec. 5 ??€ Austin, TX (La Zona Rosa)
Dec. 6 ??€ Boulder, CO (Fox Theatre)
Dec. 7 ??€ Los Angeles, CA (El Rey Theater)
Dec. 8 ??€ San Francisco, CA (The Independent)
Dec. 9 ??€ San Francisco, CA (The Independent)
Dec. 11 ??€ Chicago, IL (Abbey Pub)
Dec. 12 ??€ Seattle, WA (Chop Suey)
Dec. 13 ??€ Seattle, WA (Chop Suey)

Sho 'Nuff Records CEO/producer Jazze Pha (in ultimul timp omu m-a cam plictisit, dar avand in vedere ca exista aceasta colaborare.. omg) and Goodie Mob :o group member Cee-Lo have linked up with Capital Records to release their debut collaboration Happy Hour.

"It was inevitable that we would do a project," Jazze Pha told AllHipHop.com. ??€?When we came together to do Happy Hour, we both knew exactly what the other was wanting to bring to the table, so that in itself was worth the time, to see what type of genius would come out of our minds."

Happy Hour, which features collaborations with artists Nate Dogg, Mannie Fresh and The Pussy Cat Dolls, will be a mixture of new school Hip-Hop with old school funk.

The album also includes guest appearances by R&B veterans Keith Sweat and Aaron Hall, which was a memorable experience for Cee-Lo.

"I just feel grateful that [Keith Sweat and Aaron Hall] even wanted to do the album," Cee-Lo said. "For them to step into the studio and record with us and even know who we are is amazing and something we will never forget."

Besides the collaboration for Happy Hour, Cee-Lo and Jazze Pha are both staying busy with other projects.

Cee-Lo, whose daughter was featured on the hit MTV ??€?Sweet Sixteen," is in talks with MTV about a new reality show starring his family.

"We are in talks right now," Cee-Lo told AllHipHop.com. "It is definitely something that I would love to do again and something that we are working out right now."

Cee-Lo is also working with famed producer Danger Mouse (fuck.. cred ca a fost producatorul anului ! ! ! abia astept) to release a new solo project entitled Gnarls Barkley, as well as an untitled Goodie Mob reunion album.

Jazze Pha, who is label head at Sho 'Nuff Records, has a role in the upcoming film ??€?Jelly Beans,??€? which was written by Dallas Austin, Tina Chism ("Drumline"), Antwone Fisher ("Antwone Fisher") and others.

The flick is being directed by Chris Robinson and also stars T.I.

"I play a DJ in the film," Jazze said. "It was cool because it wasn't some cameo where I was playing me, I was really acting. This is definitely something that I am going to take seriously. I am in the process now of taking classes and reviewing scripts, to make sure that I choose what's right for me."

Besides acting Jazze Pha is also preparing the upcoming sophomore effort from Ciara and his new artist, Tone Tone.

"I am firm believer that as long as you love what you do, it's not real work," Jazze continued. ??€?[With} the stuff that's coming out of Sho 'Nuff, people best to get ready. We aren't holding nothing back."

Happy Hour hits stores February 14th, 2006.
