As of yet there has been no statement by Fuentes' record label Uncle Howie Records but there are several eye-witness reports and a spokeperson from Cedars Sinai hospital confirmed that "a 32 year old man was having treatment for a bullet wound to his left thigh".
Fuentes' released his debut solo album titled 'Sabacolypse' earlier this year which courted some contoversy due to comments made about the New York Police Department, however, eyewitnesses state that this was a "complete accident".
Chief Robert McShane from NYPD also released a statement this morning which read "we can confirm that there was an organised peaceful demonstration outside Coney Island precint, we can confirm that one gentleman was rushed to hospital after an accident".
