"This album is a project three years in the making. Throughout the years I had struggled to find the right sound, something I could listen back to and be satisfied with. After many failed attempts I came to the conclusion that I wanted to create something different, something aggresive, raw and real. The gritty feel of most tracks is done purposely, which I believe adds more life to the music. As people we tend to strive for perfection then come to realize whats known as perfect seldom ever is. I wanted to record an album that wasnt over-produced and cleaned up to much keeping it underground to the fullest. Most vocals on this album are all first and second take vocals since I believe the first couple takes are generally the strongest and flow out more naturally.
