CASPA- the only american reality rapper in Romania. Theoretician, love filosopher, revolutionist, a good model, he was a kendo assistent-professor at the age of 16, a real artist at doing anything and everything showing professionalism...His words of creed are: LOVE, TRUST, TRUTH, PROOF, HELP, NEED, PAIN, GREEF, SUFFERING, HEART, SOUL, BOUND, LIFE, THUG, MUZIC, FRIENDSHIP, FEMALE ATTENTION, AFFECTION, RELATIONSHIP, CONFESSION, CRY, WORK, WORDS, TOUCH, ROMANCE, PASSION, UNPREDICTABLE, MIND, THAUGHT, SINCERITY, POETRY, LYRICS and LOVE again and again. He started writing his own lyrics at the age of 14 by the name of lil'PAC because he was a big fan of TUPAC (you can see his left lower arm tattoo "THUG 4 LIFE") and his right lower arm tattoo "1 LOVE 4 LIFE" (2 of the total 10 tattoos on his body). After a year he changed his name to lil'CASPA (the name comes from the comic book "Casper the friendly ghost") And later .. 2 years to just CASPA. 80% of all his songz are either sad (death, problems, greef, society, etc) or love songz. In other words, Reality Rap. In 2005, he got as close to death as he could get, being shot 3 times on the streets of Raincity (Ploiesti) by a gang who tryed to rob him. Relationships and love are his main preocupation though. One of his love songs sais: "A relationship is like a wall, I hold my hand on it, cuz I know, that if I let it go it's gonna fall". And he has a reputation of making no mistakes what so ever in a relationship. He sais: "Love is my reaction of guidance, my own sea with spread waters" , "In the kingdom of LOVE, I am nobil royalty, In my loneliness, I am still waiting for my true queen to knock at my gate" , "Love is not an ability, it's a nobil responsability" , "LOVE might be one soul's recognition of it's counterpoint in another soul" finaly "there is LOVE, and there is everything else". He can speak every single english accent and dialect perfectly since the age of 6. And that is probably the reason why he uses english language in his music. And then theres his lyrics that reflect the cold-blooded reality miraculously. Songs and album titles like: "Confessions of a painted heart","1 Love 4 Life","Diffrent Concept", "My Advice","Listen Up","Hidden Tears 'n' Fake Smiles","Afterlife","Love story","The Other Side", "3Styles","My world","Whoz World","Who Dissin' Who","Railroad","No Stopin'","Street Religion", "The Crow","7 Steps","Icy Waters","Sunny Day","Ya Can't Die Twice","3 Shotz to My Demise", "It's Rainin Tears Of Blood","Baby Mamma Drama","Fed Up","Luvin ya jus like dat","Cracka came up","Everything","Supposed to","Happy day". Rap figure "CASPA" is a pretty unusual face in the romanian hip-hop culture and a fascinating complex personality. He is fond of a relatively small number of artists like: Usher, Justin Timberlake, Catalina Toma, Tupac Shakur, Moni-k, Proof. Hopefully one day not far away we will be able to see his face in every magazine posted on the market. "Listen to this sad angel rap! You might learn something...". He attended over 100 concerts and besides that, he holds yet another couple of professions...architecture and Forex trading. So..."sleeping is a waste of time" how he said it.
