windchILL drops his first solo video to the song, Can't You See, from his 2nd solo album Self Medication. The joint is produced by Romanian beat smith Mefstrumentals with Deejay El Zink on the cuts. chILL & Mef have collaborated before on other songs including 4 production slots on Self Medication, and Zink did all the cuts on Self Medication.
