Success is Certain is the fifth album by rapper Royce da 5'9" and his last independent album, due for release in August 9, 2011. The first single is Writer's Block featuring Eminem, which was released in March 2011. Production for the album will come from DJ Premier, Mr. Porter, Eminem, Nottz, StreetRunner, The Futuristics and The Alchemist among others.[1] Guest appareances includes Eminem, Joe Budden, Yelawolf, Raekwon, 50 Cent and Travis Barker.

The first single Writer's Block was released in March 29, which features Eminem and is produced by StreetRunner & Sarom. Second Place was released as the second single on June 14.[2] The song is produced by DJ Premier and the album version features Method Man and Raekwon.

The song "My Own Planet" was recorded in early 2010 featuring Big Sean and produced by Mr. Porter, an EP will be digitally released in July 20, 2011 featuring two versions and a bonus track featuring Mr. Porter called "I'm Fresh". The Big Sean featured version was released on Street Hop as a deluxe edition bonus track, and the Joe Budden featured version was included to Success is Certain

Writer's Block is the first official single by Royce da 5'9", from his upcoming fourth studio album, Success Is Certain. The song features rapper Eminem, though he only sings the hook. It is produced by StreetRunner, and co-produced by Sarom Soundz.
