Eminem is having another Relapse and the doctor knows just the cure. Interscope Records is fixing up a re-release of the rapper’s sixth studio album.

Relapse: Refill will feature the original tracks from Relapse plus seven new songs, and arrive as a double disc just in time for the holidays on December 22, Rap-Up.com has learned.

The repackaged offering comes in place of Relapse 2, which was previously announced for a late 2009 release.

In an interview with Sirius XM’s Shade 45 last month, Em revealed that 50 Cent and producer Just Blaze had contributed to the project.

“I want to deliver more material for the fans this year like I originally planned” Eminem says. “Hopefully these tracks on The Refill will tide the fans over until we put out Relapse 2 next year”. Eminem has been busy in the studio creating even more new material since Relapse was released. “I got back in with Dre and then a few more producers, including Just Blaze, and went in a completely different direction which made me start from scratch. The new tracks started to sound very different than the tracks I originally intended to be on Relapse 2, but I still want the other stuff to be heard.”

"Eminem has seemingly cancelled the release of 'Relapse 2' – the mooted follow-up to last year's 'Relapse' album.

The rapper had been considering releasing 'Relapse 2', which he described as "definitely different" to 'Relapse', last December, as a standalone album. It was set to feature his long-time collaborators Dr. Dre and 50 Cent.

However, now Eminem has seemingly ditched the project, writing on his official Twitter page, Twitter.com/eminem, "There is no 'Relapse 2'"."

din punctul meu de vedere relapse e un album foarte buna , gusturile nu se discuta , dar daca acest relapse 2/ recovery va fi macar la nivelul relapse eu sunt foarte multumit
